When one walks into the delectable world of Borough Market in London England, you are thrown into the freshest, and highest quality food in the world.

Although The Wright Brothers supply all kinds of shellfish, their focus is oysters. They serve French but and English oysters from West Mersea, Scottish oysters from Cumbrae, and more recently another 24 different oysters from the Pacific Northwest. These include oysters from as far afield as British Columbia, Seattle and Kumamoto oysters, from Humbolt Bay in California.


I had a great rock and roll time at The Wright Brothers consuming plates of fresh oysters, cheese platters, and gallons of wine. Borough Market is one of the most interesting fully stocked markets I have ever visited. Many stalls also sell cooked foods, I sampled many. It is most difficult to stop eating while at Borough Market. I strongly recommend that you visit The Wright Brothers, and do enjoy all they have to offer.
