The Rock and Roll Chef / Awesome Hamburger

Awesome Hamburger Recipe

When it comes to food, The Rock and Roll Chef highly recommends that you try my Awesome Hamburger Recipe. Making a hamburger is one thing, but to make a rock and roll delight is another. I will show you here how to make the best hamburger you could ever make, and this recipe will change the way you make hamburgers forever. Please follow my step by step instructions. Again, do not be so concerned about quantities, if for one or for many, just decrease or increase the ingredients where needed. Have fun, and enjoy The Rock and Roll Chef’s Awesome Hamburger Recipe!

The Main Ingredients
:
Ground Beef / Minced Pork / Chopped Purple Onion / Cheese (any) / Two Eggs / Mushrooms / Hot Sauce / lemon Juice / Olive Oil

The Spices:
Paprika / Garlic / Onion / Cayenne Pepper / Black Pepper / Chervil / Salt / Mustard Powder

Get yourself a large mixing bowl for the bashing of all the ingredients. Add in the ground beef and the ground pork to the bowl. Add one teaspoon of each spice to the bowl. Do not worry if you throw in a little less, or throw in a little more. Crack two eggs to the top of all of that right in your mixing bowl. Be very careful not to get any eggshells in the bowl or you will be sorry. Do take care! Give your hands a good wash, remove all rock and roll rings, and mash everything together. Keep up the mashing with your hands, even through your fingers. When everything is well mixed together, then wash your hands again, we together will move onto the next step.

Prepare two pieces 12” x 12” of wax kitchen paper. Just get two sheets, there is no need to make any Rock and Roll waste. Then one each piece of the kitchen wax paper, make one each hamburger patty. Thin it out, and make it bigger than normal. Please do not be afraid, make each patty quite thin, about one quarter of an inch thick. Remember that sometimes less is best! On top of one of the patties, slice some cheese and place in the center of the patty. No worry, you can make one level of cheese, or go ahead and make two levels. There is no rule how little or how much cheese you add inside of your rock and roll burger. Take the other patty you made without the cheese and place on top of the patty with cheese. Don’t worry if the two patties do not exactly the same size as all will sort itself out when cooking. For the time being, leave the wax kitchen paper on the bottom and the top of your now formed hamburger.

Crimp the edge of your hamburger together, pressing quite firmly. Do not worry of some of the burger squishes around, we will fix that next. Then remove the top half of the wax kitchen paper. Use a clean fork to crimp and form your patty into a round, sealed patty. The cheese is safe inside, we are nearly ready to start rock and roll cooking. Turn on your grill or fry pan and get it heated up ready to cook.

Carefully place your burger on a hot grill or fry pan. Now don’t mess with it, leave it for about three to five minutes. Then turn it over, and leave it for another three to five minutes. If you like your burger well done, then repeat the process. When your burger is cooked to how you like it, then remove it to another plate to rest. Just think when we cook food, the food molecules are racing around just like Jerry Lee Lewis, so give your burger some time to calm down. You can even place a little more cheese on top, if you really like cheese. While your burgers are resting, slice and fry your mushrooms on a hot fry pan with melted butter and olive oil. It’s time to rock and roll eat!

Build your rock and roll hamburger with all the fixings you like, and use any kind of bread you like. Yes, you can toast the bread, or don’t toast the bread. Take that first bite but be careful, as the melted cheese flows out from your burger like magic, the cheese is hot. In fact, your cheese will stay hot while you eat your Awesome Rock and Roll Hamburger. Do enjoy as I’m sure that you will say that this is the very best hamburger you have ever had in your life.

The Rock and Roll Chef yells “Enjoy”!
